Welcome to season 2 of Down Under Theology, a podcast equipping and encouraging Australian Christians to get down and under the theology impacting the life and mission of the church.
In episode 33 we go over the books of Colossians and Philemon with special guest, Ian Smith. Ian helps us understand these two letters written by Paul from prison, the Colossian 'error', and how the supremacy and sufficiency of Christ is the answer to the problems facing the church at Colossae. We also chat about the pastoral implications of these books today.
Ian Smith is the principal at Christ College and did his PhD on the book of Colossians.
In Season 2, we'll be going over each book of the Bible, bringing out the big ideas, themes, and implications for the life and mission of the church.
