Welcome to season 2 of Down Under Theology, a podcast equipping and encouraging Australian Christians to get down and under the theology impacting the life and mission of the church.
In episode 32 we examine the book of Philippians. After giving a brief overview of the context and structure of the book, we focus in on the Christ Hymn of chapter 2. We discuss how the shape of Christ's life from humiliation through to exaltation forms the basis for examples of Christ-like living in the book of Philippians, and our own discipleship. We also dip into the themes of rejoicing in hope, maturing in Christ, and more. Join us for this packed episode of Down Under Theology!
In Season 2, we'll be going over each book of the Bible, bringing out the big ideas, themes, and implications for the life and mission of the church.
