Welcome to season 2 of Down Under Theology, a podcast equipping and encouraging Australian Christians to get down and under the theology impacting the life and mission of the church.
In episode 22 we begin our walk through the New Testament. Kicking off a mini-series on the gospels, we talk about the gospels' place in the cannon and address the question of why there are four gospels. We then hone in on the book of Matthew outlining its major themes including the fulfilment of Scripture and Jesus as the Son of God. Finally we round off by giving some thoughts on reading and teaching this book well.
In Season 2, we'll be going over each book of the Bible, bringing out the big ideas, themes, and implications for the life and mission of the church.
